organizational transformation journey
across its multi-billion-dollar Upstream
subsidiaries:
To better equip staff for their roles, a
Capability Development Program was
launched to:
identify staff competency gaps,
define training needs, and
implement training programs that
address identified needs
our approach
A Capability matrix for five subsidiaries
was developed after engaging with
Client’s Senior Management personnel,
Technical managers and Human
Resources team,
Compulsory technical training modules
were developed for staff grade levels
covering: geological and geophysical
(acquisition and processing) activities,
reservoir management, petroleum
engineering, and data storage services
A training and development master plan
summarized the overall status of the
company's development and identified
high leverage training initiatives
Offshore field expeditions and
customized trainings were rolled out for
100+ employees
